Product changes & returns - jennyblond.com
If, after receipt of the purchase, the customer is not satisfied with the product, jennyblond.com allows its exchange or return within a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt. A necessary condition is to inform jennyblond.com about the return or exchange of the product immediately, up to the next day after receipt.
*Changes to swimwear are made in 5 working days from the day of receipt.
The exchange or return of products is charged with the amount of €5.00, which corresponds to the cost of the shipping costs of the process ( regardless of any difference arising from the change). In case of change, it is charged as cash on delivery and is paid upon delivery of the parcel. In the case of a return, it is deducted from the total refund amount. The above fee does not apply in the case of products with a manufacturing defect or in the event that the customer bears the costs of the shipments of the process.
When the product being returned has been purchased with the 1+1 offer and is the product with the highest value, the amount of the discount with which the second product with the lowest value has been purchased is deducted from the amount of the refund. The above does not apply in case of product change.
Jenny Blond does not accept exchanges or returns on clothing/shoes/accessories that have been worn or used, unless they are products with a manufacturing defect.
Refunds and exchanges are not accepted in the event of a bazaar sale and/or on individual products purchased in a 1+1 gift offer.
Refunds are not accepted on products purchased from the physical store. Changes are not accepted on products that have been tried on and purchased from the physical store.
No product changes are made for foreign orders. Shipping costs for any product return are borne by the customer.
CHANGE - RETURN PROCESS
- You inform us about the change or return of product/s by e-mail to: customerservice@jennyblond.com or by phone at 2316 014 100. For the refund we will need a customer's bank account number, account IBAN, bank name and beneficiary name.
- Pack the product you want to exchange or return. The product must be accompanied by the completed return slip received with your order, proof of purchase, tags and markings, and must not be used or worn.
- You send it by ELTA courier, Door-to-Door service and recipient's fee to the address: Jenny Blond, Syggrou 5, Thessaloniki, P.O. 54626, tel.: 2316014100.
- Once we receive the product(s), Jenny Blond will check the condition of the products and proceed to send the new product or refund the money value by deposit to the customer's bank account.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The customer has the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 consecutive days without needing justification.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 consecutive days from the day the customer receives the goods.
The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending an email to customerservice@jennyblond.com or by phone on 2316 014100.
In the event of cancellation we will refund to the customer all payments received after the purchase, including shipping costs (with the exception of additional costs incurred if you chose a shipping method other than the cheapest standard shipping we offer) without any unreasonable delay and, in any case, no later than 14 consecutive days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will process said refund by depositing it into the customer's bank account. The refund may be withheld until we receive the goods.
The customer must return or hand over the goods to us directly without any undue delay and in any case no later than 14 consecutive days from the day on which he informs us of his decision to withdraw from this contract. If the goods are returned before the deadline, it will be considered that the deadline has been met.
To return the goods, the customer can use a courier company of his choice. Shipping costs for the return of the product are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect of the product. In the latter case, the return will be made with the ELTA courier company with a charge to the recipient. REFUNDS
Once we receive the product(s), Jenny Blond will check the condition of the products and proceed to refund the monetary value by depositing the customer's bank account.
The amount of money corresponding to the price of the product minus €5.00, which is the return fee, is refunded.
The refund is made by ALPHABANK, Piraeus Bank or Viva wallet. For refunds to other banks, if there is a charge from your bank we are not responsible.
Refunds take between 3 and 12 working days from the time the refund reaches Jenny Blond. Once the condition of the clothes has been checked, the customer will be informed via an email.
In the case of cancellation of the purchase, the longest deadline for the refund of the amount paid by the consumer for the products will be 14 days from the cancellation of the purchase.
If you receive from Jenny Blond a product that is incorrect or different from what you purchased, or if you are not satisfied with the quality of the product you received, Jenny Blond will, after ascertaining the error or defect, refund you the amount of the product and the costs shipment. In the event that an incorrect order is returned by post, Jenny Blond will issue a corresponding refund provided that the customer has included proof of return postage in the package. The return of shipping costs is made after that of the products.
In case of cancellation of your order before it is sent or received and if it has been paid with PayPal or with a credit or debit card, the commission set by the payment provider (PayPal, Viva Wallet) will be deducted from the total refund amount.
In order to refund orders, the customer must provide Jenny Blond with an IBAN code so that the corresponding amount can be refunded.
