Jenny Blond accepts payments through her Website made with the following credit or debit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro throughthe Viva Wallet payment gateway.

In case the user chooses to pay by credit or debit card, the payment will be made online, i.e. in real time, through the Viva Wallet payment gateway, in a completely secure and controlled environment to ensure the privacy of your transaction details .

By making the payment through the secure payment gateway, the system will automatically verify that the credit card is enabled in accordance with Secure E-Commerce. It will then connect to the card issuing bank, which will ask you to authorize the transaction via a personal verification code. The transaction will only go through if the credit card issuing bank confirms the verification code. Otherwise, the transaction will not be approved.

Through the Viva Wallet the customer can choose to pay in 3 equal interest-free installmentsthrough the Klarna payment gateway. By selecting the Klarna icon from within the Viva wallet environment, you are transferred to the Klarna environment and by following the indicated steps you complete the payment process. Payment with the above method requires the creation of an account on the Klarna platform.

In case of cancellation of your order before it has been sent or received and if it has been paid by credit or debit card, the commission set by the payment provider (Viva Wallet) will be deducted from the total refund amount.


Jenny Blond accepts payments through the PayPal system. By choosing to pay via Paypal you will be taken to the world famous website for the security of its transactions, where you can pay either without an account using your credit/debit card or through your Paypal account. The process is completed in a very short time and during it, no personal information (including your card details) is stored at Jenny Blond.

In case of cancellation of your order before it is sent or received and if it has been paid with PayPal, the commission set by the payment provider (PayPal) will be deducted from the total refund amount.


For deposit payments, customers will be allocated the account number to which they should deposit the funds. In the deposit details, the customer should indicate the order number and his/her name as a reason. The customer has 4 days from the date the order was placed to make the deposit. The order will not be accepted until the receipt of the deposit is confirmed. If, after the expiry of the above deadline, Jenny Blond does not receive the corresponding amount, the order will be cancelled.

Reason: Order number and customer name.

If the customer wishes to transfer money via e-banking in a different way than the three above, he is charged with the costs of the order of the originator and the beneficiary. In the event that this is not done, the commission charge will be made by cash on delivery when the parcel of the order is sent.


The customer pays the price corresponding to the product(s) and any transport costs upon receipt of the product(s) by the courier of our absolute choice. 

For orders with cash on delivery payment method, the package of the order remains at the courier agency for up to 5 working days. In case of non-receipt by the customer within this period, the parcel is returned back. 

This method is not available for orders of €150 or more, orders from Cyprus, abroad and gift cards. In case the customer chooses to order the above cases, he will be informed by email, SMS or phone about the processing of the electronic payment or payment by deposit to the bank account of the Jenny Blond company.


Electronic online payment by the customer by card before receiving your package from the BOX NOW Locker. Relevant instructions are sent prior to collection to the email and/or mobile phone number specified by the customer when placing the order. This method can be selected as long as BOX NOW Lockers has been selected as the shipping method and does not have any additional charge.


The customer pays the price corresponding to the product(s) when receiving the product(s) from the physical store in Thessaloniki at 5 Syggrou Street. The customer is informed of the completion of his order from our store via e-mail or phone and pick up from the store takes place on the following days and times:

Monday 10:00-15:00
Tuesday 12:00-20:00
Wednesday 10:00-15:00
Thursday 12:00-20:00
Friday 10:00-15:00
Saturday CLOSED (Effective from 22/6-31/8)
except for official holidays. 

As long as the order has not been prepaid, it remains available up to 10 days after its registration. If it is not received within this period, the order is cancelled.

Orders worth more than €150 with receipt from the store must be pre-paid.

Refunds and exchanges are not accepted on products purchased and tried on in-store.
