Hey Jenny Blond girl!
Summer is gone for good, the first rains have arrived and you're in a bad mood, you want to sleep all the time and eat the fattest food there is. Right? There's no need to worry. You suffer from SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder), which is observed in many people at the end of summer.

Basic self-protection rules:
-
Everything that reminds you of it (summer) simply and fondly, make sure to eliminate it. Collect souvenirs, shells, stones, coasters, magnets, travel guides, but especially photos! Don't make the mistake of leaving a beach on your screensaver, because we'll have dramas!
-
Cut off communication with summer loves and friends. They are now a thing of the past.
-
You're smoothly entering autumn mode, when it comes to your entertainment. You still have time to drink (cold) coffee on a patio or terrace, go to one last open-air movie, eat one last ice cream.
-
Go to concerts and festivals. September is full of events. Dance and sing like there's no tomorrow to ward off evil!
-
Do a creative activity to forget yourself, like reorganizing and updating your wardrobe with fall items! Replace swimsuits, sarongs, and shorts with jeans, shirts, and sweaters.
-
Throw it in some good food. God bless autumn! Now you can put on a few extra pounds without any regrets. But be careful not to overdo it!
This is a list of songs that I recommend you listen to to get into the autumn mood:

- November rain , Guns n' roses.
- September , Earth and fire
- First Autumn , Gerasimos Andreatos.
- In early autumn , Eleftheria Arvanitaki.
- Every September , Dimitris Mitropanos.
And this is a list of movies you can watch:
- The circle of lost poets.
- When Harry met Sally.
- A woman's perfume.
- Legends of passion.
- Autumn in New York.
- Sweet November.
- You have a message on your computer.
If you are hypersensitive, avoid 1, 4, 5 and 6 because the results may be the opposite.
In general, do things that make you happy, avoid toxic people and situations and you'll be fine! It's September, it will pass!
And don't forget to Enjoy Being You !
