3. Purchase process

The products you wish to buy must be selected and added to the shopping cart by clicking on the corresponding icon.

The shopping cart includes the reference code of the selected product, the name, size, color choice and the price in euros (with taxes). The price shown does not include shipping costs.

In case of credit or debit card payments, the charge will be made online, that is, in real time, through the respective bank's payment gateway, after confirming that the information entered is correct.

When the transaction is completed, the order number will be shared through the website itself so that you can track your order from your computer at any time.

An order confirmation email will also be sent to the address provided by the user with a description of the order and the personal information provided to issue a receipt. 4. Availability of products

All orders are subject to product availability. If this is not possible, the customer will be notified immediately. The amount of the paid product that was not sent and any shipping costs will be returned to the customer within the next few days, by deposit to their bank account.

5. Right of order rejection

Jenny Blond may cancel any order or reject a confirmed order for any of the reasons below:

• In the event of a technical and/or typographical error in the prices or other details of the products contained on the website when the order was placed.
• Due to lack of availability as described in paragraph 4.
• When security systems present the possibility of a fraudulent order.
• There are reasons to indicate that the user is a minor.
• Jenny Blond cannot deliver the order to the listed home address.
• Jenny Blond will provide a full refund of any amounts paid.

Value Added Tax

In accordance with applicable law, sales will be subject to VAT and will be subject to the applicable VAT of the state where the products will be delivered.               

Payment methods

 Payment with credit or debit card

Jenny Blond will accept payments through its Website made by the following credit or debit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro.

In case the user chooses to pay by credit or debit card, the payment will be made online, i.e. in real time, through the Viva Wallet payment gateway, in a completely secure and controlled environment to ensure the privacy of your transaction details .

By making the payment through the secure payment gateway, the system will automatically verify that the credit card is enabled in accordance with Secure E-Commerce. It will then connect to the card issuing bank, which will ask you to authorize the transaction via a personal verification code. The transaction will only go through if the credit card issuing bank confirms the verification code. Otherwise, the transaction will not be approved.

Through the Viva Wallet the customer can choose to pay in 3 equal interest-free installments through the Klarna payment gateway. By selecting the Klarna icon from within the Viva wallet environment you are transferred to the Klarna environment and by following the indicated steps you complete the payment process. Payment with the above method requires the creation of an account on the Klarna platform.

In case of cancellation of your order before it is sent or received and if it has been paid by debit or credit card, the commission defined by the payment provider (Viva wallet) will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Payment with PayPal

Jenny Blond accepts payments through the PayPal system. By choosing to pay via Paypal you will be taken to the world famous website for the security of its transactions, where you can pay either without an account using your credit/debit card or through your Paypal account. The process is completed in a very short time and during it, no personal information (including your card details) is stored at Jenny Blond. In case of cancellation of your order before it is sent or received and if it has been paid with PayPal, the commission set by the payment provider (PayPal) will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Payment via bank deposit or webbanking or IRIS PAYMENT

For deposit payments, customers will be allocated the account number to which they should deposit the funds. In the deposit details, the customer should indicate the order number and his/her name as a reason. The customer has 4 days from the date the order was placed to make the deposit. The order will not be accepted until the receipt of the deposit is confirmed. If, after the above deadline, Jenny Blond does not receive the corresponding amount, the order will be cancelled.

Reason: Order number and customer name.

If the customer wishes to transfer money via e-banking in a different way than the three above, he is charged with the costs of the order of the originator and the beneficiary. In the event that this is not done, the commission charge will be made by cash on delivery when the parcel of the order is sent.

Cash on delivery

The customer pays the price corresponding to the product(s) and any transport costs upon receipt of the product(s) by the courier of our absolute choice.

For orders with cash on delivery payment method, the package of the order remains at the courier agency for up to 5 working days. In case of non-receipt by the customer within this period, the parcel is returned back. 

This method is not available for orders of €150 or more, orders from Cyprus, abroad and gift cards. In case the customer chooses to order the above cases, he will be informed by email, SMS or phone about the processing of the electronic payment or payment by deposit to the bank account of the Jenny Blond company.

Payment with BOX NOW PAY ON THE GO! (Buy now, pay online on delivery.)

Electronic online payment by the customer by card before receiving your package from the BOX NOW Locker. Relevant instructions are sent prior to collection to the email and/or mobile phone number specified by the customer when placing the order. This method can be selected as long as BOX NOW Lockers has been selected as the shipping method and does not have any additional charge. 

This method is not available for orders of €150 or more, orders from Cyprus, abroad and gift cards. In case the customer chooses to order the above cases, he will be informed by email, SMS or phone about the processing of the electronic payment or payment by deposit to the bank account of the Jenny Blond company.

Payment in store

The customer pays the price corresponding to the product(s) when receiving the product(s) from the physical store in Thessaloniki at Syngrou Street 5. The customer is informed of the completion of his order from our store by e-mail or telephone and the collection from the store takes place on the following days and times:

Purchase limit

Jenny Blond does not allow the purchase of Jenny Blond products for future resale.

MISSION

Products purchased on jennyblond.com are shipped via Courier Center or ELTA courier or Speedex or Box Now and the delivery time is from 1 to 3 working days for Greece. Shipments to Cyprus and European Union countries are made with the Hellenic Post Office ELTA and the delivery time is 4 to 7 working days.

TShipping costs by courier for the whole of Greece are FREE for orders over €49.00. For orders under €49.00 the shipping costs are €3.90 for shipping by courier. For sending with BOX NOW, the shipping costs are €2.50. There is no charge for the cash on delivery service.

Shipping costs for Cyprus are €14.50 by courier or post and €8.50 by BOX NOW. Shipping costs for countries of The European Union is €29.50.

Once your order is ready and shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday are processed on Monday. Orders placed on holidays are processed on the next business day. Orders are delivered in 1-3 working days from the day the order is placed. 

Orders of €150 and above and orders sent to Cyprus and abroad are made after receipt of payment by jennyblond.com. For shipments in Cyprus and abroad and for orders of €150 or more, the cash on delivery or BOX NOW PAY ON THE GO payment method is not available.If chosen by the customer in the above cases be informed by email, SMS or phone about the processing of the electronic payment or payment by deposit to the bank account of the Jenny Blond company.

Orders can be tracked with the shipment number through the courier company's Website, where it will be shown, at any time, where the goods are until their final receipt by the customer.

In order to avoid problems with collection (wrong address, absence of persons from home, etc.), it is absolutely necessary to fill in the corresponding form correctly. We recommend that you also fill in the contact number box. Jenny Blond does not bear the additional shipping costs in the event of the recipient's absence during the delivery of the product(s). the customer from the ELTA store in his area. In areas where there is no Courier center agency, the products are delivered to the customer by the Elta courier company.

For orders with cash on delivery payment method, the package of the order remains at the courier agency for up to 5 working days. In case of non-receipt by the customer within this period, the parcel is returned back. 

The shipping price is calculated according to the shipping method chosen and the clothes purchased. The exact cost of shipping will be calculated when adding each product to the shopping cart and will be displayed on the summary page before confirming the order through "Complete order" and before entering the payment details.

Shipping costs may change at any time without notice. Such change will be effective once the change is included on the help pages and the contract posted on this Website. In any case, the shipping costs shown at the time the order is placed will apply.

Pick up of the product(s) from the physical store in Thessaloniki at 5 Syggrou Street. The customer is informed of the completion of his order from our store via e-mail or phone and the pick up from the store takes place on the following days and times:

except for the official holidays. 

As long as the order has not been prepaid, it remains available up to 7 days after its registration. If it is not received within this period, the order is cancelled.

Orders worth €150 or more with collection from the store must be prepaid.

Refunds and exchanges are not accepted on products purchased and tried on in-store.

Jenny Blond is not responsible for any delays due to force majeure or events beyond its control. Indicative and not limiting, our company is not responsible for causes of delivery delay due to delays in customs, intermediate loading-unloading areas, transport strikes or any other type of strikes that affect the delivery of products to our company's warehouses by our suppliers, etc.

POLICY OF CHANGES AND/OR RETURNS

1. Terms and conditions of changes and/or returns

If, after receipt of the purchase, the customer is not satisfied with the product, jennyblond.com allows its exchange or return within a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt. A necessary condition is to inform jennyblond.com about the return or exchange of the product immediately, up to the next day after receipt.  

*Changes to swimwear are made in 5 working days from the day of receipt.

The change or return of products is charged with the amount of €5.00, which corresponds to the cost of the shipping costs of the process (regardless of any difference resulting from the change). In case of change, it is charged as cash on delivery and is paid upon delivery of the parcel. In the case of a return, it is deducted from the total refund amount. The above fee does not apply in the case of products with a manufacturing defect and in the event that the customer bears the costs of the shipments of the process.

When the product being returned has been purchased with the 1+1 offer and is the product with the highest value, the amount of the discount with which the second product with the lowest value has been purchased is deducted from the amount of the refund. The above does not apply in case of product change. 

Jenny Blond does not accept exchanges or returns on clothing/shoes/accessories that have been worn or used, unless they are products with a manufacturing defect.

Refunds and exchanges are not accepted in the event of a bazaar sale and/or on individual products purchased in a 1+1 gift offer.

Refunds and exchanges are not accepted on products purchased and tested in-store.

No product changes are made for foreign orders. Shipping costs for any product return are borne by the customer.

Return/Exchange Process

1. You inform us about the change or return of product/s by e-mail to: customerservice@jennyblond.com or by phone at 2316 014 100. For the refund we will need a customer's bank account number, account IBAN, bank name and beneficiary name.
2. Pack the product you want to exchange or return. The product must be accompanied by the completed return slip received with your order, proof of purchase, tags and markings, and must not be used or worn.
3. You send it by ELTA courier, Door-to-Door service and recipient's fee to the address: Jenny Blond, Syngrou 5, Thessaloniki, P.O. 54626, tel.: 2316014100..

1. Once we receive the product(s), Jenny Blond will check the condition of the products and proceed to send the new product or refund the money value by deposit to the customer's bank account. 

2. Right of withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 consecutive days without needing justification.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 consecutive days from the day the customer receives the goods.

The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending an email to customerservice@jennyblond.com or by phone on 2316 014100.

In the event of cancellation we will refund to the customer all payments received after the purchase, including shipping costs (with the exception of additional costs incurred if you chose a shipping method other than the cheapest standard shipping we offer) without any unreasonable delay and, in any case, no later than 14 consecutive days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will process said refund by depositing it into the customer's bank account. The refund may be withheld until we receive the goods.

The customer must return or hand over the goods to us directly without any undue delay and in any case no later than 14 consecutive days from the day on which he informs us of his decision to withdraw from this contract. If the goods are returned before the deadline, it will be considered that the deadline has been met.

To return the goods, the customer can use a courier company of his choice. Shipping costs for the return of the product are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect of the product. In the latter case, the return will be made with the ELTA courier company with a charge to the recipient. For more information on the terms and conditions of returns you can consult paragraph 1 Terms and conditions of changes and/or returns.

3. Refunds

Once we receive the product(s), Jenny Blond will check the condition of the products and proceed to refund the monetary value by depositing the customer's bank account.

The amount of money corresponding to the price of the product minus €5.00, which is the return fee, is refunded.

The refund is made by ALPHABANK, Piraeus Bank or Viva wallet. For refunds to other banks, if there is a charge from your bank we are not responsible.

Refunds take between 3 and 12 working days from the time the refund reaches Jenny Blond. Once the condition of the clothes has been checked, the customer will be informed via an email.

In the case of cancellation of the purchase, the longest deadline for the refund of the amount paid by the consumer for the products will be 14 days from the cancellation of the purchase.

If you receive from Jenny Blond a product that is incorrect or different from what you purchased, or if you are not satisfied with the quality of the product you received, Jenny Blond will, after ascertaining the error or defect, refund you the amount of the product and the costs shipment. In the event that an incorrect order is returned by post, Jenny Blond will issue a corresponding refund provided that the customer has included proof of return postage in the package. The return of shipping costs is made after that of the products.

In order to refund orders, the customer must provide Jenny Blond with an IBAN code so that the corresponding amount can be refunded.

In case of cancellation of your order before it is sent or received and if it has been paid with PayPal or with a credit or debit card, the commission set by the payment provider (PayPal, Viva Wallet) will be deducted from the total refund amount.
